bad customer service from the agent
i called in today to find out about my package that i ordered,i spoke with the guy by the name of Bronwyn Arends. He does not have the customer service experience at all,each and time I'm speaking he is shouting over me. He also mention to me when i was trying to find out about the parcel,he said "the is more than 100 people they already waiting so i must not rush" this kind of attitude sucks and the is a lot of places that offers the same product. please assist or if you cant assist me then please cancel it.
