Bad customer service from mweb.

The most frustrating thing about mweb is their lack of customer support. My fibre has been down for the forth day and I can’t get a consultant to help me. When I chat to them via WhatsApp they don’t seem interested in helping and when you call you are so far at the back of the queue you won’t be helped anytime soon.
