Bad customer service for sales team

This is honestly the worst customer service. I was calling to upgrade my line but the 1st agent hung up. the second one had a bad connection and I could not hear anything from him, and the third one, Wendy, gave me attitude and then dropped my call. I was trying to upgrade but clearly I must call the cancellation department and find another provider. This is nonsense
