Bad customer service experience. Cannot recommend.

I have never had so much trouble to try get a fibre connection activated. Between being hung up on by consultants and being sent on round abouts with empty promises, I have had one of the worst customer experiences that I've had in a long time.

I work in IT and I cannot recommend Mweb to anyone looking to connect their home or business with a fibre connection. Their level of service has dropped incredibly and will be changing my decision to connect through them.
