Bad Customer Service / ******

MWeb are running a ***** business and not even answering calls to resolve issues. They have been debiting my account for 3 months costing me R45 for each reversal for a product I don't have. First sim was delivered during Level 5 and I didn't have a ID copy then it was taken by courier company but I am charged R200 for that. Then I received another sim also costing R200 this time not RICA registered for 4 consecutive days after I gave all RICA doc's. I then took over Rain Mobile and got service but these losers keep doing debit's. I am annoyed with MWeb ****** who can't even provide customer service.
