Bad customer service, Bad communication

If I can give half a star the I would. I logged a request to change addresses. I supp**** all the information they requested and boom they stopped responding. I then contacted them and spoke to 6 different people in the period of 2 days. Spoke to client services to the lady by then name Roshaan or Roshaal.

She told me that she is confirming something with her supervisor. I waited on the line for 20 mins and she returned and asked if she can call me back in few minutes. I agreed. 5 hours later I called and spoke to Noma, same thing again she told me that she needs to Check up with Roshaal. I held on for another 15 mins until the line cut. MWeb has the worst customer service and they don’t care. I’m still waiting for someone to call me, I still don’t have connectivity and I’m gatvol with this ISP. I need to cancel my subscription together with my entire team because this is ridiculous.
