Bad customer service

I have been trying to contact mweb for days now. I have a technical issue but when I call them I have to go true all the channels to speak to a technician. I have to hold for minutes but never get to speak to anyone until my airtime run out or it gets to a point that it's closing time and the call gets cut.i can't long into my wifi router it's currently not running so what benefit do I have with this wifi. This is worst then multichoice So so sad.
