Bad customer service

If I could leave zero stars , I would. Absolutely horrible service from these people. Everyone who works for that company should be fired and this company should lose business. They way they treat their customers is absurd. Never answering their phone. Never even get a chance to speak to an actual person. Been trying to get ahold of these people for days and getting nowhere. Want me to make a payment for something I didnt authorize. Just Absolutely HORRIBLE.
