Bad Customer Service

I was calling on Friday, 27 March 2020 MWEB technical service for assistance. No 23 in the row. Eventually got to a person who was not very helpful whatsoever. I ended up asking to transfer me to person who are willing to assist. He transferred me back to the queue where I was no 21 in the queue. Really. I call Technical support for assistance. Could somebody please call me to assist me.? Thank you.
