Bad customer service

These people lack communication, I had to buy 50 Rand airtime, I was out on hold for 30 min on the line until the airtime ran out . The website offers zero assistance . I am just here with an inactive account and I can not get a hold of them . As a new customer I am not happy at all with their service and I am not going to even stay for long . Imagine the inconvenience.
