Bad customer service

Hi Mweb has a bad customer service, i wouldn't even recommend it to anyone due to the service I have received so far. Their turn around time to customer queries terrible. I have been waiting for a refund for almost a month now and everytime when I do follow up, I get a different agent and a different story however my case doesn't get resolved.

Im tired of this circus now, It is month end already and i will be debited again... I need my money urgently so!!! or else im cancelling all this I cant be sent from pillar to post with my own money.... I hope this will be given the attention it deserves....
