Bad customer service

Worse, the word worse doesn't even describe the way that they run the business. My services were canceled in December as to why, I don't know and I called and called amd sent numerous emails, until on the 4th January 2023 some consultant named Vivika called me if that's her real name and promised they will sort me out, to this day nothing has happened no help whatsoever. If I were to rate tgwm and the business I'd give them a 0 out of 10
