Bad customer satisfaction service by Mweb

I have been waiting for my home WiFi connectivity from Mweb for almost a week, after being told that it was only going to take a phone call from their technicians to date nothing. This very company had debited my account with an amount of R1314.25 with me not having any connections from them. I am disgusted with Mweb and would love to stop any business transactions with this company because of its poor customer satisfaction and business practice. I was given tickets and promises made to me by this companies representatives, shameless and bad service.
