Bad customer query handling service

Very bad customer service.

Consultants are only concerned with dales commission. Once signed up they avoid support queries through tossing you between departments.

My query with mweb has been open for over three months while i continue to pay for the poor service.

They refuse to provide sale call recordings. No email address to address support queries.

High potential for improvement, sad thing is nothing is being done to Use this potential.
