Bad customer experience

Does Mweb not care about their customers or customer service. On the 20th of February, I app**** for a Fibre line 50/50 which was R516. 75 for 6 months. About 20 minutes later, I app**** for a better deal which was on the Mweb site under Vuma exclusive deals. It was a much better deal @ R434.25 for 12 months. I sent emails to Mweb informing them that the second deal is what I wanted. Why wouldn't I want that deal as it was a much better. On the 28th of February, a guy from Brightlink came around to check my line as I had a Vuma line previously. He tested the line and activated it using my old router. He told me to call Mweb to activate which I didn't do as I wanted to sort out the package first. The beginning of March, my husband was debited with about R530 (not 100% sure of the exact amount). We have not used the fibre since the 28th as my issue was not resolved. I continued sending emails and trying to phone in. I even tried to go to the office in CT on Monday 13th of March but was turned away by the Security at the boom who informed me that they do see walk in customers. He gave me the same contact details as per the Website. On Tuesday 21st, we reversed the debit order as we thought that we would get a reaction. On Wednesday the 22nd, I was called by Sikho. I explained everything to him. He told me that he needed to speak to his Manager and wanted me to hold. I asked him to call me back after he spoke to the manager. Not expecting him to call back, he did Previously I had been informed by an agent that they would revert back to me but I received no call backs. Sikho informed me that that they would cancel the line and give me the line I wanted. He said that the R434.25 was only for 6 months. I informed that the deal was for 12 months as per the advert that I had. He said that he would send me an email and requested that I send him a copy of the deal as I informed him that I had a copy. He did not send me the email on the Wednesday as per our telephone conversation. The next day, Thursday, Sikho called me and told me that everything was sorted out. The first line was terminated and the line activated. Again I reminded him of the R434.25 deal and about the email that he was supposed to send to me. I was out when he called. When I got home I had received a number of emails from Mweb. One of the emails said that the line was activated @ R579 x 12 months (still on the wrong package and even more than the R516. 75 deal that was first activated. I also received the email requesting me to send the copy of the fibre line that I saw and app**** for. I responded to the email on the same deal. I also sent emails requesting to be contacted by a manager or team leader / for Sikho to contact me and enquiring about the line activated at R579. We have subsequently received notifications of a R3431 cancelation fee and saying that we are in arrears (amount of debit order returned). I have tried to call in. I was on a call today for half an hour and was cut off. No call back and resolution.. It is the 27th of March and I app**** on the 20th of February. More than a month later and still I have not been able to sort out my query. I have not used the fibre and due to this have been highly inconvenienced. Due to utter frustration, I decided to go this route. Hopefully someone from Mweb will contact me. I sincerely hope that it is someone who customer focused.
