Bad cuatomer service. Not keeping promises

Can someone from Mweb Billing please contact me urgently . Been trying to call . Wasting 6 hours on the phone without getting through. Costing me money for airtimw. Whatsapp support just does not get back to you. I am very unhappy with the service i get since day 1.
