Bad connection, bad servive

I currently signed up with Mweb for fibre package 100 upload and 100 download. From the start there where problems. They couldn't put it on my name because it was still on the previous owners name. After a great struggle they finally managed to put it on my name. And now the internet is constantly dropping. No internet constant. I use to e with Afrihost and Never had problems like this. Now when i phoned in Mweb says they might charge my a fee to come out and check. Again never had this problems with Afrihost. Afrihost came out once and didn't charge anything. Very upset with Mweb for bad connection all the time and we are working from home. A constant battle. Not happy with Mweb
