Bad company

This is a bad company would not recommend them my sign up was done in May was phone back that they cannot sign me up as my line is still active from previous service provider so I told them it's fine then we cancel I will sort it out then phone them back to sign up again to my surprise I received rooter in beginning of June and received message on 24june my account is active and 26 they deducted R849 when try calling them the phones are ringing and when picking up after 20 minutes the agent would tell you to hang on another 10 to 15 minutes what they are doing I don't know but your airtime is gone and they are not phoning you back that's so frustrated I wish this company can be investigated they are doing daylight *******.
