Bad company

I have signed up for a deal which indicated that it will be 2 months free and Sim rica would be R249 but they have billed me for R369 which i see as wrong and it is not worth it at all if they say its free and still want me to pay is it because i am very young ,But i am looking for quality things not this .And i didnt receive the power bank that comes with it
