Bad Communication

Internet has been out 3days now. To get someone on a call or on a chat is ridiculous. No response, no help. What the hell are we supposed to do since the world functions on Internet connections? Can someone make contact and not a generic response send us a DM as no-one responds on chat. Can this be dealt with sooner rather than later as you will be losing clients fast due to this.
