Bad client support

I am struggling to contact mbweb for a while now . I forgot my login details , OTP get sent to my contact number but I never got it I tried calling technical and billing , not user friendly . How can you ask for OTP if I never receive the number ? I called sales , the agent did not assist at all transferred me to voice that I need to rate him. *** !!!!!! the online chat is also not user friendly . *** why don't you have a customer email address ? . no man pathetic
