Bad client service

Mweb by far the most useless service of all the service providers I ever had.use in my life. They disconnect my services on Wednesday 19/02/2020 . When trying to get it back on by telephone and nearly 40 minutes later listening to a useless telephone system I got nowhere. Finally when I found someone to speak to the promise that it will be reconnected after 30 minutes never came. Please reconsider using mweb as they do not provide quality service and their fibre signal is poor.
