bad choice of ISP
Good day
Im very upset with in choosing Mweb as a ISP opted to use them for my fibre only to learn I’m having so much issues trying to activate my account its been since Thursday when they installed it, i figured when choosing mweb as they big I should have chosen another SP I paid but still no fibre or internet, not happy with the service can somebody please assist always getting transferred when trying to call in this has left a very bitter taste in my mouth probably change SP when or if this ever gets sorted

09 Dec 2020, 16:59Good day again to my prev complaint another week is almost going by and I was told somebody would be by me today to sort out this mess I called vumatel they tell me its mweb I call mweb they say its Vuma reach I'm being sent from pillar to post this highly unacceptable people in my roads fibre was connected with a day and they did not choose mweb biggest mistake I made this thing install was done last week already I work in IT and have to be online when I'm home, nobody bothers to call me I have to call in and waste my call time asking when will be connected WOW mweb I deal with a lot of your clients to and bothers me that the after service is so ****ty,
