BAD BUSINESS

Imagine moving to a new house and asking MWEB to move your fibre to the new house which is 3 houses away in the same street, then 2 weeks later you get hit with a R4000 bill saying it's a cancellation fee and the a start up fee for the new contract. In times where service providers are plentiful and many willing companies who are able to sign you up without any upfront fees. Why would I want to entertain this business?
