Bad bad service MWEB

I have internet account with MWEB,but the service is getting from bad to ****,how can I logg a fault if I don't have internet access,once they fix the problem,next day ever bad,I WONT RECCOMEND MWEB at all,wish I could cancel my contract, just don't hope I need to pay a full month subscription,seeing I don't have full access
