bad bad service

what a terrible service i got from mweb,i have been on hold for almost an hour,finally when i manage to get through the service consulted told me that she will get someone to contact me i have been waiting for that call .they really dont care about their client and i really wont recommend them to anyone.i wish they can even cancel my order im really not happy with them.
