Bad bad MWEB service

This MWEB services is Bad, we have been waiting for more than two weeks for a mere activation, spent over R200 on "hold the line" then they dpnt even call you back. When you call back they its a repeatbof the process. Then they blame Vumatel then they sent technicians but its the 3rd week now nothing, wow this is bad service terrible we lookiing for a new ISP, suggestions please
