Bad Bad Mweb servce

Bad Service On Sunday the 9th of June we notice our email on mweb is not downloading. After talking to Mweb help line support, they said it was some technical issue, but will be sorted. So carring on till Wednesday, 12 June (the evening) Mweb support told us it was because forms we had to complete. Using another email we had to send the forms back. So on Thursday the 13th of June at 9:35 I got the forms back to mweb. We have been on the phone since monday with mweb. I asked at 13:30 PLEASE help. PLEASE let me know by 15:30. So I called back at 16:00 (again not hearing a thing) Once again I was told I am now number 10 in line - I was number 4 (?) Apparently I will be assisted before end of business today.... I dont even rate Mweb. I dont even want to give Mweb 1star. Pathetic Erika Kruger
