BAD BAD Mweb
Good day
Absolutely poor service from Mweb. We cancelled our fibre with them at beginning of April 2024. Around the 11 May 2024 we phoned Mweb to clear our line as we need to get another ISP. They confirmed that the line has been released and when i requested proof they refused to send us proof. Today 20 May 2024 i phoned them again, and again they said the line is released. When i asked for proof they still refuse to send us any proof.
This is the most pathetic service i ever received. Because of Mweb pathetic Customer service and aftermarker service, we can't sign up with another ISP. It makes me sick to my stomach to know there are businesess out there who are so useless.
