Bad bad mweb

I am an existing mweb customer... I get an email saying my lte will be cancelled due to cell c withdrawing from mweb.... I have fibre in my area would like to change my product.... They dont answer they dont phone back but they are quick to take my money... I have tried on facebook.. Phoning never getting through... Poor poor service wow
