BAD BAD MWEB

I am so disgusted with the very bad service from Mweb. After a couple of days with no connection mweb came to the conclusion that that they cant provide us with the lte service anymore as there was a cancelation from the tower site. They also cant offer me an alternative service regarding lte. Now they are giving me a hard time to collect the modem as we did not have the service with them for the 6 months. BUT THEY CANT PROVIDE ME WITH THE SERVICE ANY MORE. Regardless I did tell them that they can come and fetch the modem to a time that is convenient to me. Today I receive a bill because we still have the modem . Really How desperate are you guys
