Bad bad company don't do business with mweb

I started a live chat it was anything but live, then I called the tech division as I have a LOS light on my router and was transferred to admin then sales and back to technical again being told that my customer details are not on the system, mind you I paid for the fibre service just last week, I spoke to the whole call centre and in the end I still lost. This is a bad company with load of people that don't know sh$t how can a customer be on hold for close to 20 min then pillar to post for a other 45 min and no resolution?
