Bad Bad Bad Bad DO NOT SIGN WITH MWEB

Technician came to my house to install 3 days ago ,the stupid thing only works when I'm in the sitting ,called their call center was advised i need to buy myself extender or cables ..

I requested to be transferred to technical department i was told they will tell me the same thing ,requested complaints email was told the don't have complaints department .the agent had the nerve to tell me that no one will assist me.
