Bad and Unfair treatment by MWEB

i have a very bad experience here. at my house i have a fibre network installed by Vuma reach. I tried to open my account with them as my service provider bt the person who was assisting told me that there errors, since there were errors i decided to open my account with Afrihost and everything went well no errors were reported. But now when Afrihost tries to place an order with Vuma Reach they cannot because MWEB says i have an assisting order with them but there are experiencing errors which is not my faults. I asked MWEB several times to cancel my order or to fix errors so i can have wifi at home and be able to do my work but there are giving me problems. I need help, it either my order is cancel with Vuma Reach or They fix those errors. In the complex i stay at every house is using Vuma Reach services. Vuma Reach access point right at my door step.
