Mweb has the worst client service agents,I spoke to Joelyn Van Zyln regarding my account that was not debited she told me I shud try this online which I did 5 times already I also tried loading my card but nothing was working she den tells me my card is invalid!!!!how is my card invalid when I use it everyday?she says I shud call my bank wats the point of calling my bank when they wil tell me my card is active WHICH IS TRUE!!!!!then I ask this be rectifies she says she can't.i ask to speak to her supervisor she tells me she CANT tranfere me and I shud wait for a call back....so meanwhile I wait I shud be without services?I am waiting for a call back from NIKKI FISCHER
