**** **** ****!!!!

I app**** for one of their fiber lines and R399 was debited from my bank account, received a text saying an agent will call me to arrange an appointment for installation, 3 weeks passed by received no call no installation just dead silence. I eventually picked up the phone and called them for 4 consecutive days didn’t get through anyone when i finally got through to one of their *********** sales agent I was told the services in my area had been discontinued which are left me confused because their online system asked for my address before debiting my acc. Ended up asking for a refund the agent cut the call, and I never got through them, tried their online chat service spoke to another agent that **** to me and said an email would be sent requesting my banking details so that my refund would be processed, and that was a week ago till today I’m still waiting, absolutely pathetic and useless service provider this company should be closed down because all I see is a bunch of ****mers.
