Awful service from MWEB
I am frustrated with the disgusting service that I have been experiencing with MWEB. A double payment was taken from my account the 15th of March, a full month later and still no refund received. Calling MWEB is totally appalling, you waiting time is between 20 and 40 minutes, and then if they see you account is to complicated to handle the call gets dropped or passed from department to department with no result of when I'm getting my refund back. I will logging this information on all social media platforms, this is unexpectable for MWEB not being able to do a simple refund request after providing them with all relevant details and proof.
