Awful service

The service really leaves much to be desired. I don’t have a fiber line installed, not do I have a router however my account keeps getting debited for heaven knows what. I’ve followed up 3 times no to no avail. I’ve been holding the line for 20 minutes as I type this review. This is completely unacceptable from a supposed reputable company.
