Awful quality line speed, and awful service.

I'm paying for a 200Mbps line and is keeps dropping back to a 100Mbps speed. I suspect they're throttling speed as well since when I stream video it stutters and buffers and if I use a VPN it's fine even though the max line speed drops a little on VPN. Tech support takes weeks to get back to you.
