awful mweb business

we have a business account with mweb and one of the subaccounts we have had since '99<br> i recently wrote to a whole stroing of people at mweb, some of whom appear no longer to be working there<br> i wanted to find out if we could get a better deal on out home office adsl, because afrihosts rates are very favourable<br> i wrote to several people who either didnt reply or were no longer at the company<br> i only got one email from someone replying from the email address of a lady who i later discovered had left the company. in this email i was asked to send the details on my afrihost offer, and i told them that i dont have the time to collection that info and i asked mweb to rather send me their best offer<br> we have had consistently poor service from mweb whenever i have had to deal with them<br> anyway issue still unresolved
