AWFUL AND DAUNTING SERVICE!!!

What an awful experience dealing with Mohau Maringa (ticket number: MWB***5), I’ve been incorrectly billed and this agent kept on giving me information which was misleading, grossly *********** and not courteous at all, so much for a Customer Services individual!!! I’m definitely cancelling my subscription based on the continuous poor service!!! I really hope this cancellation ticket is logged correctly by this individual because I’m soooo done dealing with MWEB on a monthly basis and all the agents seem to have inconclusive information and answers!
