Awesome service from Melanie Brown

<p>I have to say that i have raved and ranted and every time Melanie Brown was so professional and helpful. I phoned this morning and spoke to a Makyla and her attitude was horrible and unhelpful and without checking she told me a lie and just dismissed me. Spoke to Melanie now and in 5 minutes i am a happy customer and my problem that was supposedly going to take 7 more days according to Makyla was sorted in exactly 5 minutes by Melanie. Thank you for your patience and i know i am a very difficult customer but you always calmed me down and answered my questions.</p>
