Ryan is an assist to Mweb, one of the only people to forfil his commitment to following up with me, he kept me updated every step of the way an checked in to ensure I'm happy, he should be a manager seeing that your management staff dont know how to follow up, Alison promised she would resolve my issue an callback an I still haven't heard from her. Ryan did a much better job, when our internet was back up an running I thought how long would this last, well it only worked a few days an we back without internet since Monday. I do not have the Time or patients to deal with someone new an explain everything all over again. Since I joined Mweb we've been having constant issue but bcoz of jewels such as Ryan I'm still here
