Avoid using MWEB as an internet service provider. After being a loyal client for over 7yrs, the service has gone down terribly.We are currently paying for a 100MB line and only receive 10MB speed. Its so slow their app wont even register to log a ticket or complaint. When calling in you hold on the line for 30minutes or more only to have your call cut off and be expected to call again. MWEB new clients calls are answered in less than 5 mins and they are happy to sign you up and leave you with no internet whilst paying a fortune.

You cant email a complaint, you cant call in a complaint. JUST AVOID MWEB AS A WHOLE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY, ENERGY & TIME
