AVOID MWEB - Cancellation issues

The reason I give them 1 star, is because the is not " what the hell" option!. We have been with Mweb from 2007, never issues, because you never heard from them! We went over another provider and end of of 2020,tried cancelling, but nothing happened. Feb 2021 I saw an option online that you can cancel your service. I did everything as requested and it said a service consultant would get back to me. I didn't hear anything, but hey, that is their way of doing business!!. End of March they deducted again. I tried calling, but either their office is abandoned or all the personnel were abducted by aliens, because as usual, no answer. I emailed them the screenshot I took of their cancellation site, and asked them to insure that my services is cancelled. No answer, but as I explained - true to their nature!. We did not get an invoice and thought the issue was resolved. Now we get a call from an attorney, not even from their pathetic excuse of a accounts department! Were have they been the last few months when we assumed the cancellation was done? Playing with their toes???? Anybody thinking of dealing with Mweb, must rather take that money and and wipe your nose with it. You will get beter use if that money!!! Mweb please note - I deliver what I promise!!! I WILL go out of my way to advise anybody I meet to never deal with Mweb. I WILL trrace my email sent to you ( although you now blocked me out of my email) and will report your to the OMBUDS and consumer board. I'm SICK of people not wanting to work and other poor trusting idiots must pay the these lazy asses. All the sites are filled with complaints that you can't cancel your Mweb. And I see - true to Mweb's nature, there never is a response!!! So ignore this complaint as you are used to and have an awesome day playing with your toes!!!
