Avoid Mweb at all costs

Whatever you do, do not signup with Mweb as a service provider for fibre. I have a new uncapped 100 up/down package. It wasn't working properly and I had one of the worst calls through their service centre in a long life. So just imagine how bad it was. A friend suggested the cheap router they had given me couldn't manage so I installed an expensive one at my cost only to discover that this throttling policy of their will never deliver even what Telkom was able to - so imagine that too! And now I'm locked in for a year. I am not an IT person but am highly qualified. I have been on a steep learning curve over the last two months. Please learn from my experience.
