Avoid Mweb at all cost!

The only service MWEB ever performed effectively was upgrading my fibre from a 10mbps to 100mbps line and making more money from me.

Other than that, I never received the speed I was paying for, I would regularly loose all connectivity and have to spend an hour on the phone (at my cost) to solve the issue and they have enormous penalties to ensure that you feel too trapped to cancel your contract.
