Avoid MWEB!

Good day,

My name is Coenie Bezuidenhout. I have been experiencing terrible service from MWEB.

In the beginning of the years MWEB cut off my account as I was debited for old service and new. MWEB never cancelled the old line. Then I received the debit order and was only assisted after having to fight daily over the phone and finally had assistance from Darryl Brink. Now again I was without internet for 3 weeks and was debited for a full month and I reversed the debit order. Then I was dubbel debited again. Now my internet has been cut off with no assistance nor a call to assist me.
