ATTENTION MWEB MANAGERS

We have been waiting for 2months for a new fibre installation at our property..I've contacted mweb call centre numerous times holding on for 45mins wasting my airtime with no joy I've been told they are Putin the order out and up to date noting has happened..the call center agents are no help at all!! I am sick n tired of mweb if this matter is not resolved in time we will be taking our business else we're including letting our family n friends know not to deal wit u guys as ur service is poor n it sucks ..very very bad its frustrating n disgusting as service providers
