Attachments not delivered with email. Serious problem as processes are incomplete.

I reported this issue NUMEROUS TIMES. emails are delivered without attachments and in the past, I did not receive emails that had attachments. There are NO FILTERS but it has just occurred again. If mweb checks my history, I have highlighted this issue many times in the past few years. I dont send mail often with attachments but now shudder to think of the calls I received in the last couple of months requesting documents I already sent. I follow up using GMAIL, as I did today. Its PATHETIC THAT THIS IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. #win
